A little about who you'd be working with
Psychotherapy serving California, based in Los Angeles.
My approach to therapy is uncovering that inner voice that guides us toward what we want, what we believe is right, and toward any healing that may need to be done.

About Erin
A student of the human experience
I'd like to share a bit about myself and my process to help you decide if we might be a good fit to work together. I am a student of all things related to the human experience.
The study of psychology is centuries of analyzing and piecing together what we know about human behavior and brain activity. It strives to understand the human experience. But the human experience is more than our behaviors and patterns. It is heartbreak, loss, change, love, resilience, and beyond.
While psychology can point us in the right direction, we have to integrate our own wisdom about ourselves to understand what is causing us pain or holding us back.
We are all navigating the ups and downs the best that we can. At times it may feel effortless, other times more difficult. Each of our experiences is seen through the lens we have created, narrated by our inner voice. That voice, the part of us that makes us uniquely ourselves, can get lost when we experience trauma, doubt, anxiety, or anger, as well as triumph, new chapters, and dreams coming true.
I work with adults, couples, and families looking to restore balance to their lives through psychotherapy in Los Angeles, in person and virtually throughout California.
