Online therapy offers the same depth and quality of care as in-person work — in a format that meets you where you are.
What sessions look like
Sessions are held through secure, HIPAA-compliant video, allowing you to connect from a space that feels comfortable and familiar.
Many people find that being in their own environment helps them open up more easily and feel more at ease in the process. Individual therapy is 50 minutes each week, devoted entirely to you. In-person sessions are also available when that is the better fit.
